Founder & Instructor

Kru Gohar has over 30 years of experience as a student & qualified Muay Thai Boxing instructor with the World Kickboxing Association (WKA), the United Kingdom Muay Thai Federation (UKMF), and accredited by the BMABA.

 Gohar is the Founding member & driving force behind the Academy with a passion in the promotion of the Art of Muay Thai.

A qualified WKA Judge, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Health Trainer, social worker with experience in Mental Health, along with many years of experience as a qualified Door Supervisor, trained Close Protection Officer & elected Governor for the East London Foundation Trust.


Dave Wilson

Instructor & Secretary

Kru Dave has been with the Academy since 2017 and is one of our BMABA accredited Instructors. 

With qualifications and over 30 years experience in hospitality management, and a licensed Door Supervisor, Dave brings a wealth of experience to the Academy. As Secretary responsible for the administration of Policy, Human resource and Health & Safety, he is also Qualified In Level 3 Mental Health Awareness, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Risk Assessment, Conflict Management as well as Mental, Psychological & Physical First Aid.



Rijan Miah

Co - Facilitator

Rijan has been with the Academy since 2015.

His time with the TBFA has been excellent and productive in representing the key interests of Members and the Academy, as well as the promotion and organisation of Academy events.
