When Do We Train
We hold training sessions every Monday From 18:45 - 20:45 (6:45pm -8:45pm)
During summer extra out door sessions & group runs are organised
Where Do We Train
We currently train at the Garret Centre 117 Mansford St,London E2 6LX
During summer we like to get out in the fresh air so we frequently have extra training sessions at local parks in the area
Whats The Cost
Most of our costs are subsidised by funding, sponsors & generous donations some key essential costs still apply to Members.

Yearly Membership Fee of £10.00
Team Kit £26.00
Cost of external events can vary depending on which type of event and will be advertised in advance.
Pads, & other protective equipment is provided for use.

What Is Involved In Training
The session starts with the warm-up stretches and exercises such as press-ups, sit-ups, squats and leg-cross, alternated with cardio workout (running, skipping, quick stance switching, and shadow boxing.
Then moving onto technical skills : Training in pairs, students practice various controlled Muay Thai fighting techniques and boxing combinations into pads.
Senior students also practice light sparing working on combinations and techniques with each other.
The session ends with more stamina and cardio work-out, and some final warm down stretching exercises.
Will I Get Hurt
While like in any sport there is always a risk of injury, The Academy take every steps possible to ensure your safety, Full protective equipment is provided, and we operate strict policies and procedures that ALL members agree to abide by.
Training is given by trained Instructors only.
Senior students may on occasion be asked to lead a class under supervision as part of their development.
The Academy DOES NOT tolerate any form if discrimination, intimidation, harassment, bullying or displays of EGO, Any member breaching Academy policies will be asked to leave and their membership cancelled.
Can I Do This
YES YOU CAN! Everyone's journey into Muay Thai begins the same (yes even world champions) whats important is you start, and keep going, be consistent. The Academy and instructors are here to support and guide you along that journey to better fitness and well being physically and mentally.
